Flexible and cut resistant even in small quantities
Low-pressure casting systemsWorking with this system, polyurethane can be used very flexibly with comparably minimal effort. The relatively simple and therefore inexpensive tooling favors this technology for prototyping and small series.
Viebahn Systemtechnik uses its own compounds with up to 20% higher average strength compared to commercially available mixtures. Shore hardness and color can be adjusted depending on the application and customer requirements.
High-pressure dosing
This technology uses closed tools. Therefore articles made of polyurethane are similarly produced to the plastic injection molding process. In our house, this process is used for production of higher quantities or integral systems (components with foamed structure and dense skin formation).
