Über uns
Wir fertigen Komponenten und komplette Systemeinbauten für Transportgestelle, Transportboxen, Fördersysteme und Transportwagen mit Hilfe diverser Technologien der Kunststoff- und Stahlverarbeitung. Die Viebahn Systemtechnik GmbH versteht sich als projektbegleitender Partner der Gestellbauer, Tier-Supplier und OEM.
Seit 2010 fertigen wir außerdem unseren patentierten, widerstands- und anpassungsfähigen Mikrostrukturschaum. Mit Viebahn-Foam© ist es möglich, schwere Bauteile wie Motoren, Getriebe, Achsen oder Wellen mit unterschiedlichen Konturen in ein und derselben Teileaufnahme fest zu umschließen und zu fixieren.
Gegründet 1991 von Marion und Jörg Viebahn, sind wir ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen mit internationalen Standorten (Viebahn Systems India seit 2007, Viebahn North America seit 2009).
Zertifiziert nach ISO 9001 (Qualitätsmanagement, seit 2018) und ISO 14001 (Umweltmanagement, seit 2021).

We manufacture components and complete system installations for transport frames, transport boxes, conveyor systems and transport trolleys using various technologies of plastic and steel processing. Viebahn Systemtechnik GmbH sees itself as a project-supporting partner for frame builders, tier suppliers and OEMs.
Since 2010 we have also been producing our patented, resistant and adaptable microstructure foam. With Viebahn-Foam© it is possible to firmly enclose and fix heavy components such as engines, gearboxes, axles or shafts with different contours in one and the same part holder.
Founded in 1991 by Marion and Jörg Viebahn, we are a medium-sized family business with international locations (Viebahn Systems India since 2007, Viebahn North America since 2009).
Certified to ISO 9001 (quality management, since 2018) and ISO 14001 (environmental management, since 2021).

Spritzguss
Spritzgusstechnik, Schaumtechnik und Polyurethangießtechnik mit Schließkräften von 80 kN bis 10.000 kN. Wir verarbeiten alle gängigen Kunststoffe sowie hauseigene Blends und Compounds – realisiert durch unseren eigenen Werkzeugbau in durchschnittlich 21 Tagen.
Schaum
Schaumsysteme für den Einsatz als Universalaufnahme, Niederhalter und Anschlag. Wir finden die richtige Schaumvariante, optimale Geometrie und bestmögliche Dichte für jeden Anwendungsfall, inklusive Einbindung über Stahl- oder Kunststoffeinleger.
Standards
Universell einsetzbare Standardbauteile – vom Federriegel bis zur Klemmplatte –, die laufend bedarfsgerecht erweitert werden. Viele Standardprodukte halten wir als Lagerartikel bereit.
Products
Injection Molding
Injection molding, foam technology and polyurethane casting with closing forces from 80 kN to 10,000 kN. We process all common plastics as well as our own blends and compounds – realized through our in-house tool making within an average of 21 days.
Foam
Foam systems for use as universal holders, hold-down devices and stops. We find the right foam variant, optimal geometry and best possible density for every application, including integration via steel or plastic inserts.
Standard Products
Universally applicable standard components – from latches to clamping plates – continuously expanded and adapted as needed. We keep many standard products available as stock items.
